I have always thought of myself as a pretty patient person but for some reason driving brings out the worst in me The other day I was running late for an appointment and someone suddenly cut me off without signaling I could feel my heart racing and my hands tightening on the wheel I knew I was getting way too worked up but I just could not shake the frustration I have heard that deep breathing can help with road rage but I have never really tried it Does anyone know how it actually works and if it makes a real difference
